How do I care for my jewelry?
Most of our items are made out of stainless steel, and although it is resistant to tarnish and rust, the longevity of the jewelry still depends on how it is worn and the maintained. We recommend following these tips to make sure your jewelry remains as long-lasting as possible:
Can I cancel/change my order?
Most orders cannot be altered once they're placed, but contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and your name and email included in the body of your message. We will try our best to attend to your request!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship domestically (U.S.) only. We hope to expand our business to eventually be able to accommodate everyone worldwide :)
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders!
What is your returns and exchange policy?
As of now, all items are final sale due to their custom nature and for sanitary reasons.
My order was lost/damaged in the mail. What do I do?
We do not hold any responsibility for items lost/missing/damaged in the mail, and all claims are customers' responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us. You may file a claim with USPS here (priority mail only): https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
